A clean and cozy one bedroom unit with separate bathroom in a great location - just a short stroll from the beach. Hosts were wonderful as was their wee dog Jack

-one of the cheapest accommodations you can choose in Dunedin -very friendly hosts -close to beaches, the city and the airport -it’s a recently built sleepout, everything is so factory fresh -winter warm -you can see the local birds taking food from the bird feeders in the yard: Tui, starlings, blackbirds, sparrows and etc. Great for bird lovers.

Great location walking distance from the beach with a nice cafe for breakfast , would definitely stay again.
