The staff were polite and efficient so check in was brief and easy, which is always welcoming after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good, and the hotel is in an ideal location for visiting Dundee. But everything else about this hotel was disappointing. The overall experience wasn't what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

New, modern, clean rooms with nice furnishings. Liked the location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good bar and breakfast. Was perfect for our overnight stay.
