It is situated in a quiet dead-end street. Though the DART track & station is near, we were not experiencing nuisance from it. Breakfast was very convenient, with options prepared to the order (Having choice from 12 different cereals can be overwhelming for a continental). The breakfast room is open all day for making tea or coffee, and you can relax in the adjoining conversation room.

The house is a very attractive Georgian property with original features and close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The coast is a short walk away.

Nice Breakfast .. could have done with a radio playing in the background .. it was very quiet. I like the silence but when theres you and one other at another table munching, some radio noise might be welcome...
