An easy stroll to Dumfries town centre. A lovely quiet location with easy on-street parking immediately outside the house. A well maintained house and nicely furnished. Comfortable and mostly clean and tidy. William is a very accommodating host and allowed us to enter prior to the official check-in time.

We enjoyed our 2 nights' stay immensely. William, our host, was excellent to communicate with and clearly took great pride in making our stay comfortable and even luxurious. The property was fantastic - comfortable and beautiful - and very close to town to explore on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome gifts were delicious! We spent more time indoors than we planned! The little garden out back was beautuful and calming. We would stay there again!
