Villa Leoni is located above the popular Banje Beach and only 400 metres from the famous Dubrovnik Walls surrounding the Old City. Set in a traditional stone house, it offers modern accommodation units with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

villa Leoni is fabulously located as it is very close proximity to the Old Town . Very clean . Newly renovated . Very friendly and helpful host who is available 24/ 7 for any queries or help needed !

We had an amazing stay! The host was fantastic, super helpful, explained everything clearly and even provided a dedicated website with all the info we needed. The location is perfect! quick access to the sea and the Old Town, just a few steps away (and yes, Dubrovnik is all about steps 🤣). Thank you for a wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!
