We would highly recommend this apartment it was spotlessly clean and very spacious.It has everything you would need the owner has thought of everything !! We felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Large balcony with fab views of the harbour,there is a large bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower enclosure also a washing machine which came in very handy there is also a seperate toilet. bedding and towels provided were fresh and white.kirchen area has all you would need Apartment is in good location close to many bars and restaurants also walking distance to sunset beach and copacabna beach. There is a supermarket and bakery opposite and bus stop to old town and other places also close by. Communication with Nickola the owner was very good and transfer driver from airport was prompt and very friendly which nickola had arranged for us. We hope to return to lapad sometime and if we do it would be here we would want to stay.

The views, location (quieter than being along the seafront) - and well-equipped apartment. Local transport (bus no.6) was very useful in getting to the Old Town. Nearby small convenience store and bakery and not far from restaurants. Perfect weather and temperature too (22-24C - late October).
