The property was immaculate with stunning ocean views. It was only a short 20 minute walk into the heart of old town, great location. Michael was very accommodating and had great communication.

A lovely small apartment. The owner was very helpful and adaptable to our late arrival and gave us some useful information. Very relaxing on the balcony overlooking the sea. Within walking distance of the old city but easy to get a bus back (uphill).

I can confidently say that Studio 87 was the highlight of my trip to Dubrovnik. The apartment is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The sea view from the window is breathtaking and made every morning feel like a dream. The location is fantastic! It’s in a peaceful area, yet still very convenient. You can reach the Old Town in about 20 minutes on foot, or take bus number 4 from a stop just two streets above the apartment. It was so easy to get around without any hassle. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. They paid attention to every little detail, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. I’ve stayed in many places across Europe, but this one truly stands out. If you're visiting Dubrovnik, don’t hesitate—this is simply the best place to stay.
