Modern, comfortable with all amenities. Easy access to old town and local attractions. Host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at this well-maintained apartment, located about 15 minutes from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. While it’s not in the centre, the nearby bus stop made getting around really easy and convenient. The apartment was a little overpriced but spotless and beautifully kept, with a kitchen that was well equipped — perfect for anyone planning to cook. Just a heads-up: toiletries aren’t provided (except for a bottle of L’Oréal shampoo), so be sure to bring your own. Parking is available but chargeable, and there’s also a city tax of €2.50 per person per night, which is something to factor into your budget. We were received by the host, Ruzica, who showed us around the apartment and explained everything clearly. While she was efficient and professional, her manner felt a bit curt and stand-offish. Perhaps that’s just her personality, but a touch more warmth would’ve been appreciated — especially in the hospitality space, where those first interactions often set the tone for the stay. That said, the overall experience was good if you’re looking for a peaceful base with easy access to the city!

All. It’s immaculate. Overlooking. Tucked in a good location between old town and city. Large balcony. Modern bathrooms. Modern kitchen. My children were very happy and comfy. The services during our stay is also great. The owner Ms Rausion is very pleasant and professional.
