Easy self check-in, Clean and tidy, good facilities, Plenty of space for a group of 5, great location to explore old town Dubrovnik, breakfast included at cafe festival was tasty

Location was amazing, pre-arrival info was good as well as info during our stay with very responsive staff (whom we never met - but communicated via WhatsApp). A number of things were not working / missing / broken, but when we made them aware, it was quickly fixed. So 10/10 for responsiveness. However, the kitchen lacked basic things such as dishwashing soap, that we had to buy (only staying for two days). You have to like stairs - which we were ok with - but that that you had to climb several sets of stairs to get to the apartment. Finally, we had to provide a EUR 200 breakage deposit before checking in - which we were not aware of when booking. We trust that the deposit will be returned to us within matter of days.

The apartment is in a great central location. It is spacious and clean.

The location was great within easy reach of everything within the city walls. Nice modern apartment. The included breakfast had a few options to suit different tastes - omelettes, continental and cereals. The staff were friendly and the orange juice freshly squeezed.
