Kate was a wonderful host and guided us through everything, so we had an easy time when we first arrived at the apartment. We got the keys from the lockbox right in front of the apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need for your stay. It’s spacious enough for at least three people. There’s a big fridge, a big freezer, a king-size bed, a small bed, a wardrobe, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a laundry dryer, two air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), two toilets (one in the bathroom and one extra), and great Wi-Fi. Everything you could need is there. From the balcony, you have a nice view of the promenade, with trees in front of you and the mountains on the side. There are two or three restaurants right below the apartment, but there are also plenty of other restaurants on the promenade—about 20, I didn’t count them exactly. There’s even a fast-food option if you don’t want to sit down. The location is probably perfect if you’re not staying in Old Town Dubrovnik. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. If you don’t want to share the beach with 50 other people, walk an additional 5-10 minutes south. There are plenty of options by the rocks where you might even be alone with your friends or family. There’s a bus station for the Old Town Dubrovnik line 6, which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Buses come every 10 minutes, and the drive is about 15 minutes. There’s a small grocery store called Studenac up the stairs from the apartment, but it’s too expensive. Just buy water there. There’s a supermarket called Tommy a 5-minute walk away for your daily needs like breakfast, but it’s also a bit pricey. Buy your hygiene products at the nearby dm drugstore. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would definitely recommend it to others for exploring Dubrovnik. Bonus: Sometime there is a cute cat on the stairs outside the apartment.

The apartment was excellent, everything you needed, easy communication with Kate, great location, would definitely book again if visiting Dubrovnik.

Can't imagine a better place to stay! We spent lovely time there. All you need is 10 min to reach - beaches, restorants, shops, bus stop to old center and port. Appartments has all we needed - even beach towels. Kate is a super host, thank you 🙂 Highly recommended.
