location was good, apartment was very tidy with almost everything you need for a short stay. I liked the host waiting for us at our arrival and explaining all necessary things patiently.

Lovely place, I felt so good there. Ivana was lovely, helpful and very flexible. Nothing was missing, I highly recommend this peaceful place and I'll definitely come back again on my own or with my man/kids or even friends. Thank you so much for letting me stay all the afternoon in your flat.

Breakfast was super easy - made it myself in the very well equipped kitchen using bacon eggs bread mushrooms tomatoes cereals milk and juice bought from the well stocked little Studenac minimarket just 5 minutes walk away! Ivana had already provided a filter coffee machine amongst pretty much everything else you might ever need during your stay! Washing machine and dishwasher ready to go, and iron/ironing board. Super large modern multi-head shower. AppleTV. Brilliant wide opening view window to sit next to enjoying your meal, or just your coffee with ocean view, which whilst not quite front row, is a little higher than the houses in front (see pics). Bellevue Beach (pictured) is only about 10 minutes walk down (15 or 20 up!). The old town is about 20 minutes walk further downhill (again, uphill coming back so grab a local Uber or other taxi if you get tired!). There is an off road short cut 2 minutes from the apartment down steps round a couple of building corners which hits the road again via the steps at the front of the Studenac shop! Another shortcut off road again to Bellevue Beach threads its way down between Rixos Hotel and Villa Orabelle. Dubrovnik has a lot of hills and steps - all of them marked it seems as "fastest walking routes" on Google Maps!

Ivana is very kind host and the apartment is really nice and cozy - it has amazing views, the ACs are in every room, the beds are very comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. Had a great stay for a week and would definitely stay here again.
