A beautiful, modern and clean apartment right at the edge of Old Town. Well working air conditioning in every room., and all the necessary amenities that come with the regular apartment. We didn’t meet the owner but she was very helpful on the phone with every question we had. She also organized the transport to the airport for us for the early morning. It was very convenient.

The location is excellent, just outside the city walls near one of the main entrances, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. It’s also very handy for catching the airport bus, which stops nearby. The flat itself was clean and comfortable. There aren’t too many stairs to climb unless you have mobility issues, so access was fairly easy. While we didn’t meet the host in person, she was very responsive and helpful over messages.

Apartman Roseta is literally just a stones throw away from Dubrovnik's walls and one of the gates. Outstanding location. The apartment itself is modern, clean and comfortable, albeit on the small size - understandable given that it is clearly in a very old renovated building. All round, a pleasant place to stay. Although we did not meet our host Ivona, the communication was excellent and check-in hassle free. And we much appreciated being able to drop our luggage off early, well before the actual check-in
