Location wise it was ideal for my visit to the Royal Victoria hospital, less than 10minute walk. Quiet surroundings, very pleasant staff and room was ideal.

Room was basic, which is what you expect at this price, however, it wasn't clear when booking that breakfast wasn't available in the hotel (unless I missed this)
