Central location, lovely old building, room was clean, reception staff were very welcoming and helpful as were the housekeeping staff, helpful and friendly.

The location is brilliant. It is in Temple Bar which may be touristy, but gives you the feel that you are in Ireland. The hotel is on the edge of Temple Bar, so quiet, but just an easy walk and you are in the centre of all the wonderful old buildings and pubs. The carpark is very close in a carpark building near the hotel. The Palace Bar next door was a wonderful surprise and so close. Alan the Barman was a real character.

Nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service. It was our 20th Anniversary they left us a bottle of wine and a card in our room.
