location, close to the Mayor's square red line Luas stop and many grocery stores nearby, big living room with washing machine but no dryer though. There is a cloth rack to hang dry clothes. No outlet in the bathroom for shaving! Strangely, there is noise from the water pumping when using water or when people upstairs were using water too!! quite loud noise from that pump! even when you just turned on a tap to wash your hand just a bit, it starts pumping right away!

we got relocated due to plumbing issues but the apartment we got moved to ended up being just across the river. it was perfect for us as we were driving and had underground parking. perfect location , we were going to malahide castle and you dont hit as much of the cities traffic heading that way
