I stayed the night before my wedding & our wedding night, the staff were very accommodating & helped us out where needed. We had a wonderful stay - the rooms are beautiful, all the little details were gorgeous & very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant Elephant & Castle - the food was delicious. We had room service breakfast, which was also good. We cant wait to come back already for our anniversary!

We were going to the 3Arena so the location was perfect for that. It was a bit out of town but it suited our purposes. Handy for the dock area too. The breakfast was extra but it was superb. Cooked to order from a menu and it was very nicely prepared! The vibe of the hotel is quite cool with modern/industrial touches in the rooms and corridors. We probably indicated our ages when booking (63 ish) and they put us in a room with grab handles and a wheelchair accessible shower! Maybe one day we will need that but not right now. Thanks anyway! :)
