Instead it provides 24-hour support, should you need it, and an office, open daily from 08:00 to 18:00, where you can speak directly to reservations and accommodations support. Your Home From Home reservations will email you in addition to your Booking.com confirmation with an email to let you know the address you will be staying at, this email may go into your spam, so please be aware.To ensure you have an enjoyable stay, it is important that you contact the apartments in advance of your arrival with your arrival time. This will allow them to plan for your arrival and show you to your apartment.The main office is located at The Moorings, Fitzwilliam Quay, Dublin 4, and the 3 apartment locations are all within a few minutes’ walk of the office. If guests have any difficulty finding their apartment on arrival, they should contact the number provided on their confirmation email.Please note that the apartments do not accept Stag or Hen parties.

We stayed at Baggot Rath apartments for a week. I think the service by Arthur and Monique was really great after a miscommunication on what the accomodation provided. They worked hard to resolve an issue over the weekend.

Unfortunately, we didn’t end up staying in this apartment as the previous occupants left a tap on and flooded it! Fortunately, we were relocated to another more modern apartment in Dublin 1 which worked out better for us travelling around. Arthur and Louise went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

The location of the property was fantastic. So central yet very quiet. It was clean and secure. The car parking facility was excellent.
