The name on the ID must be identical to the name of the credit card holder. I had a great stay at Royal Central The Palm in Dubai. Everything was excellent — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The beach access and pool area were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommended!
