The fine print
Please note that there still a maintenance work happening in apartment 3207, 32nd Floor in La Vie building near our apartment 3206 which may cause noise disturbance. It is affecting all units , including the 15th floor. We will notify you once the maintenance is complete and the services are fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue until December 31, 2025.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment is centrally located on JBR, first row to the sea. Access to the beach and swimming pools is quick and easy. Excellent cocktails and food are served on the beach. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Each room (3+1) has its own bathroom. The gym is also well equipped, new with a view of the sea. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops and good restaurants and The Walk. Highly recommended by all means!
