Luggage service was efficient and helpful. There’s a nice outdoor terrace where you can sit and smoke a relaxing space. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to sleep well. The room and common areas were clean. The staff, especially the waitresses, were very friendly and always smiling, a lovely touch.

When we arrived in our room on the 10th floor the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Mr Ali quickly sent an engineer Akash to check. They swiftly changed our room. The excellent customer service shown by the team is what made our stay with Golden Tulip Media comfortable.
