The room is lovely.. clean with great housekeeping team. The doorbell guys are super helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great, especially the spa. The reception team are lovely. The food is delicious, and I got to try Nicolas lambert dishes this time. The guys at the pool are great and recognised us from previous times.

every thing was perfect.. big thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ahmad and Roxana at the reception desk they went over and beyond to make our stay as nice as they can . also maxim ..for his great hospitality .. Akram at the welcoming door service .. every thing was perfect and nice..my family and i had a memorable vacation.

The rooms are clean and wide , also staff are incredible , its very rare to have a staff like this , from all levels , managers to. Room service, they made our stay special and we have also celebrated my birthday, so they made it more special 🩵
