Easy check in, nice room. Carpet had crumbs so not vacuumed. I could hear my neighbour coughing thru adjoining door. Bed a little hard but I like a soft bed

We were told that because we didn’t call the hotel directly that we couldn’t have the breakfast without paying $13 for it We have stayed there a number of times in the past. And have always enjoyed the complementary breakfast The hotel was more expensive than other near by and no breakfast. WE WON’T BEBACK 🙁

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are immaculate, and the entire hotel is clean. You need a key card to get up to your room floor, which I feel is a great security feature.
