All staff we met were so welcoming and friendly. When we first checked in, we noticed a smell coming from the drains and let the reception know. The hotel were so attentive to check on us and offered us a room change, which we didn't end up taking as the problem was quickly sorted for us. We had the steak for dinner and it was sublime!! Breakfast was lovely and again, staff were super helpful and accommodating for the needs of our daughter who is a picky eater..

Exceptional staff - they were so friendly. They gave the hotel a very homely & welcoming feel. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated & each bedroom appeared to have different decor.
