Excellent room, spacious with every amenity, reception and breakfast staff friendly and most helpful. Situated midway between the main station and the Opera House (Sunday performance). I particularly enjoy seeing the fish and coral tanks - very calming.

It is good location 10-12 minutes walk from train station as it is little bit hilly. Best price to stay in Dortmund if you are looking for a proper hotel. It was clean and not loud.
