Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Extremely beautiful and comfy rooms they have! Immaculately clean and well-organised. All the food we were served was very, very tasty! I especially liked their breakfast buffet options. I loved the quick customer service by the staff who were wonderfully friendly and happy while serving guests (shout out to Ann!)

It's a 3 star hotel, yet operates better than a five star hotel. The staff are overly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness levels are on a top notch. I wish this hotel was at the beach front. I have only good sentiments for prideinn diani.

I liked the service from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Ann and Brenda at the reception. At the restaurant, the food was great, the breakfast selection too, and the staff and head chef walked around to confirm we were okay.
