Location, just off a main road and 10 minutes walk to nearest Metro Station. All the staff including the catering and the security were outstanding. They helped with any queries concerning my presence and any questions relating to the city.

The customer service was good and the cleanliness was exceptional. To be added Mr Fuad Bin AL Mamun is a fantastic person, he's the front office manager helped me out with locker service even after I checked out. All the best to the Hotel Ornate team.
