We made the right decision to stay at Omni Residency (Baridara). It is located at very safe location, not far from airport. The hotel has very warm welcome, supportive and service minded staff at all levels, from hotel manager, hotel receptionists, dining room to the cleaning staff. The hotel manager, Mr. Rana contacted us before our arrival. He also assured the early breakfast was arranged on the days that we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning. We were so thankful for their assistance. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Dhaka.

The staff . A special mention for Mr Rana , the front manager, very helpful in organizing a nice last minute guided tour in Old Dacca and the transfer from and to the airport. The all staff is very nice as well . The rooms are large and comfortable . The position is good , on the way to the airport but close the town and in a nice area, and the breakfast is good . Very good value for price.

The courtesy, manner and the hospitality of all the staff. Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house. The room size and its amenities. Location and the assistance from everyone.
