The staff was so kind and friendly! When we arrived we had a room upgrade and they proposed a late check out. The day we left, while we were waiting to go to the airport, they proposed to use the swimming pool and offered two drinks at the bar. They also helped us to change some money to pay our Uber! Everyone was so helpful, especially Imran.

Outstanding Experience – Truly Exceptional Service! We had an amazing stay, and I cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with professionalism and genuine care by every team member—from security and the front office to housekeeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’d like to extend a very special thank you to Fahim from the front office team. He was exceptionally generous and accommodating, and his kindness truly made a difference. The entire team constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. A big thank you to the incredible management team for leading such a dedicated and thoughtful staff.
