Fabulous location only 5 mins drive to Hwange National Park Gate,plus elephants can be seen from property as they regularly appear at waterhole which is visible to residents Our room was spacious,beds comfortable.and room cleaned daily,plus we upgraded to a room with balcony view of a waterhole and we saw elephants Restaurant was excellent value,limited menu,but food of high quality,breakfast was supetb,. Service in every area was exceptional,we did both full day and morning/afternoon drives and were very happy,Hwange is stunning!!

Great stay at Gwango (couple with 2 teenagers aged 16 & 17). Self drived from Victoria falls (4wd vehicle very helpful even on main road). Food excellent - pancakes & skillet for breakfast , stews (meat & vegetable ) or grilled meat with rice or elephant bread. They were able to do gluten free catering for our son who has coeliac with the no adverse effects (chef even made gluten free muffins for the early morning drives) Went on an organised morning drive & also self drove in the national park. Saw elephants, lion, kudu, impala, wart hog, baboons All staff at Gwango friendly & helpful Would definite recommend & return !
