The location is good to go explore the western coast of Basse-Terre, nearest gorgeous beaches are walking distance. Lots of solo travellers, which is nice. Next to the hostel there is a place to eat, every evening they have something else, so I didn't feel the need to cook. (There are cooking facilities available though.)

Great having a room to myself. Welcoming host. Kitchen well-equipped. Walking distance to Plage de La Perle. Boulanger next door.

A spacious studio with good hot water, wifi and a/c at a very reasonable price. In a hostel with a friendly but not noisy atmosphere.
