The ensuite room was impeccably clean and spacious, just as described in the booking. The toilet and shower were of a modest size, comfortably accommodating one person at a time. The location is excellent—only a few steps from the city centre. While the view was less than ideal, facing a rather stark brutalist car park, it did allow plenty of natural light throughout the day, meaning I could get on with my work without needing to switch on the lights.

Good value compared to nearby alternatives. 5 mins walk into town center. Property is relatively new and all round in good condition. Good desk/chair and internet if you work online. As it's student accommodation it was relatively deserted since it's out of term time. Ideal for what I needed and preferable to a regular hotel. Shared kitchen/dining area is available if desired. Will stay again next year if available.
