Lovely little property, perfect for our one night stay. Leanne could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible, nothing was too much trouble. The property had everything we needed and we even got some nice treats to make us feel even more welcome. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. The location of the property was great for us and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and grocery store. Couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal for our daughter at Derby Uni, in lodgings just a 5 minute walk away. It was also only a few minutes drive to the A38 and A52 west of the city, and 10 mins or so to the big shopping centre in Derby, and 'high street'.
