After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable or oven. We've provided a Roku for streaming. The bedroom in the Lofted Studio requires stair access. The Accessible Apartment includes a bathtub. You may hear noise from the wine bar on the ground floor. We apologize for any inconvenience. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Most parts are very good. Just the link to get code didn't work. When we called in front of the door, it was good a staff answered. When we tried the code, the pad was not easy to use (not sensitive, or too sensitive). Another problem is the free taxi from airport offered is not clear; not showing on the booking so it was hard to find out how to use. We couldn't use it.
