The location was perfect and the accommodation lovely. The aircon only just worked, in part because it first had to cool the large volume living space before this transferred to the bedroom. We found a fan in the corridor. without this it would have been torture. As it was we slept well. There was minimal street noise. Take earplugs if you think it might be an issue, but we certainly heard nothing over the fan!
