Everything new, clean and very well organised. Host replying swiftly and super friendly. He let us stay longer on the last day which very useful for us.

Great quality-price ratio, for less than 50 EUR/night we received a spacious studio. The private kitchenette is well equipped: dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, electric hot plate. In the basement, there is a common dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen (it has coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer etc.). We really enjoyed the hallway dining table at the first floor. Overall, owner's attention to details skyrockets the cosiness level! Across the street, there is a nice and well equipped playground & workout zone.
