The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent quality for the price. Modern, clean, good bed and bedding. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent for visiting the university and the city as well. Everything is in walking distance. I will definitely return.

Brilliant and vey helpful staff, wow, the service was top class (a positive surprise booking into a hostel). The room is just the right size, it was warm and cosy. Amazing location, right at nature’s doorstep (there is also a botanical garden behind the building), at the famous university campus surrounded by amazing buildings and trees. We heard and saw many birds. There are small shops nearby, the tram stops about 7-10 mins (walk) from the hostel. The spa is also very near.
