Everything you need for a break away. Quiet location and easy access to beach too. Highly recommended. Scones and tea facilities on arrival was welcomed. Everything was clean and nice to have bedding and towels too.

Great location with great views of coastline/river estuary. Quick walk into more touristy area. Great walk along sea wall from dawlish Warren to dawlish. From another review I was worried about there being a big hill to drive up, but there was no big hill on main route to lodge. Quick and polite responses to initial enquiries and helpful suggestions for the best route to lodge. Comfortable bed. Loved being able to have a bath after a long walk. Quiet, peaceful location. Watching the bunnies come out at dawn/dusk to play. Scones on arrival a nice touch. Good self catering facilities.
