Well located for the town and free parking. Very spacious rooms with separate lounge. Fiona & Rob were excellent hosts, ( and Monty!) very good breakfasts.

There was a large selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly. We had a great view from our room at the top of the house. We had a suite of rooms which gave us plenty of room to relax. The stairs going up to the top room were very narrow, I could imagine some people having difficulty with these. Unfortuneately, we did not really like Dawlish and found it hard to find anywhere decent to eat in the evening, however the location was a great for visiting other parts of the Devon coast,
