We spent 8 days with a family of 6 people, (2 Elderly, 2 adults and 2 Teenagers), we all left the house with heavy heart as we really felt like home. Everything was absolutely nice, comfy, convenient (very well equipped from kitchen to rooms or bathrooms for all needs even for a long stays) and very quiet. The outside lounge and the pool near the canal are incredible, well sun exposed (and even more pleasant during the evenings after a long day of visiting the area). Yes the pool is not heated, but with April weather it was absolutely decent and not an issue at all for us all. The Villa location is great, 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, 15 from Flamingo Gardens, 15 to 20 mn to Hard Rock Stadium (Home of NFL Team Miami Dolphins and Miami Tennis Open) 20 to 25 minutes from Hollywood beaches, 35 to 45 minutes to Miami bayside market, less than an hour to many Glades swamp tours, 2 H-2h and a half from the middle of Florida keys (Islamadora) The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The owner is absolutely friendly and responsive by text for any needs or question. Hope we will be able to come back someday.
