Good communication from the host, the place was clean and quiet. Good for 2-4 people for a shorter stay, or 2 people longer stay. Very good with included drinking water (20L/5 gallon bottle)

The location is near the place of SM-Lanang where the PICPA Annual Convention is being held The place is safe and the room is clean and great.
