Hotel manager Altan and his team are excellent. They are ready to help you in all matters regarding your stay. Restaurant offers only local products - it is a big plus. There is free wi-fi.

Palaia Hotel is quite a gem with a picturesque garden and state-of-the-art design. Having stayed there for unforgettable 10 days, I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for quiet luxury as well as comfort. With very professional and personable staff, who cater to guests' needs, the hotel represents the pinnacle of hospitality. We look forward to our next visit.

The property is brand new and finished to a high standard. It has been well designed with a beautiful central pool area and landscaped gardens. The room was large and tastefully furnished, lots of attention to detail. The service was excellent. The general manager greeted us on arrival and was available to help throughout our stay. Not all of the staff spoke English but this was not an issue. The breakfast and food was good overall. Location is great, right on the sea front and only a 5 minute walk to the marina/bay area.
