Kitchen clean good utensils and appliances, bedrooms clean and comfortable, WC clean, shower hot and powerful, however, see dislikes

Size of the property View from lounge window Looked sophisticated Very clean Near the waters edge. From reviews there are 42 steps to the property, but it does not say what type I was considering cobbled outside steps but it was indoor carpet steps like in a house, 3 flights with a rail, which were no issue, and good exercises. Being 3rd Floor meant less noise, better views.

Location was amazing, perfect to explore Dartmouth and catch ferries, our 6 year olds loved the window seat for reading, and the decoration made it homely. The kitchen has everything you need and it was lovely and warm and welcoming when we entered on a cold rainy night. Books and games made it welcoming and homely. Although it doesn’t say on the facilities list, it does have a hairdryer (2 in fact!).
