A gem of a property, so close to all Dartmouth has to offer - shops, pubs, restaurants, great walks along the SW Coast Path - with stunning views from the sitting-room bay window over the estuary. We felt instantly at home in this generously appointed apartment; it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, recently refurbished and very well equipped. The cream tea and wine in the fridge and the basket of dog-related items were kind and thoughtful extra touches. Communication was friendly, professional and very prompt. Attention to detail is exceptional. We would love to return and highly recommend this property.

Literally perfect. The hosts could not have been more helpful, and everything in this property is perfect. It was also spotlessly clean. Brilliant location away from the bustle yet a minute from Bayard’s Cove. Genius. And that view!

Great location, only a couple of minutes' walk from town centre, and great views of the estuary. Good facilities, and loved the super-comfortable revolving armchair in the bay window!
