The breakfasts were served in a very pleasant environment overlooking the garden and very tasty. We stayed in the garden room which was tastefully decorated and has views looking out towards Dartmouth. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The owners were extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is modern and extremely comfortable. I particularly liked the way it is set up to encourage guests to socialise in the little lounge area outside the rooms. Great breakfast too.
