Location, 1 min firm harbour & the College. A balcony with view of the Dart between the buildings the front, fully equipped kitchen & lovely shared decking area to the rear that catches the sun all afternoon & early evening.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped apartment and free parking.. Really comfortable mattress. Dart river view available from my bed.

Great location and could see the water. Beds were comfy and linen clean. Shower was good and shampoos etc very nice
