We were holidaying with my 86 year old mother who has mobility issues. The property itself is ideal for that because she could take the double bedroom and en suite on the ground floor. You can also drive the car up to the bottom of the wooden stairs up to the property and she did struggle a bit with those. I noticed that as you go along the row, the number of steps decreases, so perhaps No 3 which is also on the site might suit better for those with mobility issues. Property was extremely well appointed. The upstairs twin room has a lovely little roof terrace.

The accommodation is a very high standard. It is in a good location, a short drive from Dartmouth and some wonderful beaches: Blackpool Sands and Slapton.
