The host Mrs. Ramila ,her family and staff. We didn't feel like, we were visitors. It was like, we are their guests. We had seen the reviews about their hospitality, but never imagined that any owner can be so good. We felt at home. The room, cleanliness and food was superb. When we asked to arrange a cake for our anniversary, they gave us a small gift too. They are lovely people. May God bless them always.

The host family was very nice and open to talk. They suggested ways to walk to the center as well as what we could do. They even serve dinner which they cook freshly and help you learn how they usually eat in Darjeeling.
