Although i don't review normally any property but felt like this property needs it. Bcz it was best ever experience. Owner is very generous, manage pickup and drop facility. Very cozy n warm room. Super clean with the best ever view of Darjeeling. Best for those who doesn't want to listen the city honks during nights. Just a little 300-400m downside. But worth every penny. Definitely fav. Place to stay whenever I'm gonna visit Darjeeling again.

I had an excellent stay at Family Homestay. They are warm and attentive hosts and were very responsive to questions and requests. The food is excellent and they also organised a taxi for me on my departure. Highly recommended. Note. It is a fairly steep but short walk to the centre of the town.

The Mountain View room is very aesthetically pleasing, and the facilities are comfortable.

it had lovely views overlooking the mountains & village. it was a 10 min walk into town, on a quiet street. the locals are very friendly. Bidur & his wife went above & beyond to ensure we had a great visit. his wife would cook for us & the food was delicious! Bidur would reply to our messages very quickly, always being informative, organising trips for us & being our guide on walks! would definitely recommend staying here, we felt part of their family!
