Excellent location and nice and comfortable apartment. Staff responded quickly to some requests and everything was well. Slipway is a very interesting place and the Mathra appartments offer good value considering other choices around the area. Air con was great!

The location is really superb, the beach is just behind the property (evening sunset is sweet to catch here and the water is calm at that time), location is central and easy giving directions to any visitor, all facilities from local shops, supermarkets and top restaurants like Capetown fish market, Fish monger, Water Front, Terrace and many are just with walking distance, secure neighbourhood day and night, walk to other beaches like sea-cliff and coco beach, transport is so easy within minutes even when going to CBD, nightlife not far away with Samaki Samaki, Element, Warehouse, Wavuvi Kemp all within less than 10 minutes drive. Not a modern interior designed unit but a classic design though the organisation and neatness is calming.

Apartment is well equipped. Safe environment. Stable water supply. Clean. Good service. Especially the people at reception are helpful at any time.

Location is excellent. Apartment was clean and held all kitchen equipment needed. Appreciated around the clock security.
