The location is good, the cafe on the first floor is beautiful, the toiletries are clean, everything pleases me Especially, Ms. Lizzie, a receptionist, is very friendly. This person always brings happiness with a bright smile I strongly recommend staying at this hotel^^

Our 9 nights stay at Pama was very good. The room is so clean and the design of the room so beautifully done. The bed is so comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and polite. The most memorable part of staying at Pama was breakfast. For a boutique hotel, the spread was like 5 star hotels. Always yummy and never boring. The breakfast staff always greeted us with such warmth every morning. One particular male breakfast staff always greeted us with a genuine smile and warmth... it never felt like it was forced. His services to all the patrons were excellent.
